One Life (12A)

One Life tells the inspiring - but for many years untold - story of Nicholas Winton, a young broker who discovered the plight of refugees from Nazi Germany who were struggling to survive in pre-war Prague.

The young Winton set up a scheme to rescue as many of the young refugees as possible before time ran out, despite massive difficulties arising from British resistance and beaurocracy. Johnny Flynn plays the young Winton, while Anthony Hopkins brings his renowned gravitas to the role of the elder man, whose heroic actions are finally brought to the public's attention in a popular 1980s TV show.
